This week is all about craft inspiration for Mothers Day Crafts.
Receiving something handmade on Mother’s Day is always a delight.
My kids have often secreted themselves away before Mother’s Day to do a crafty project for me.
Their handmade cards and little sewing or knitted projects bring a smile to my face.
In this week’s craft inspiration I’ve found some fab projects that would make beautiful gifts for Mum.
Plus, there are some other super handmade gifts to try.
Some of the gift ideas shared can be made in a few hours and are so easy to do!
Hope you find some inspiration to go handmade for Mum this year.
Enjoy!

On My Needles
I finished the Nordic Dishcloth and loved the overall pattern. Knitting cables is fun!
It’s been a week of gift giving.
The dishcloths that I have made in these last weeks were given to my children’s Maestras (teachers) of a local Agile Learning Centre – Crecer Verde.
Our children are home schooled but they attended Crecer Verde, one day each week in a beautiful outdoor space. The classes were all in Spanish, it was fabulous for my children to test their understanding. Topics that they covered were history, movement, art, drawing and some elements of film making.
The community that has been created by the families at Crecer Verde is beautiful and we felt so welcomed.
This coming week I am using up my left over yarn and will search for a new pattern or maybe repeat some I’ve already done.
