For this week’s Top 10 In Craft, it’s all about Spring Crafts. I am sharing projects that highlight the joys of the Spring season.
Lots of fabulous projects to keep your creative juices flowing. One of my favorites is the ‘All of the Lights’ Knitting Pattern by Joji Locatelli.
But first here is how my latest knitting project going …
On My Needles
I shared this pic of my current work in progress; a knitted cabled dishcloth on social media recently.
Can you see my mistake?
I have yet to rip it back to the section where I have done right crossing cables where I should have done left crossing cable stitches.
Each time I look at my knitting now, I think ‘Geez, I have to undo all that and redo it!”
Imagine if I had a bigger project, how sad I would be 🙁
Another lesson learned. Make sure to check every knitted row before starting the next row!
Crafty Tools – Making Your Every Day Better
Let’s be honest, when there is a chance to save dollars on yarn, most of us grab it!
Knit Picks have up to 75% off selected yarns!! That’s some serious savings.
This Week’s Top 10 in Craft – Spring Crafts
I do love the quote I am sharing this week.
The full quote is –
“Creation brings deep satisfaction and fulfillment. We develop ourselves and others when we take unorganized matter into our hands and mold it into something of beauty. The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul.” Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Does it resonate with you too?
