On My Needles
Or should I say off my needles!
I’ve finished my latest dishcloth; Boysen by Joyce Fassbender for Knit Picks.
It’s highly textured and the knitted fabric is very thick. I liked the simple repeating pattern and practicing cables without a cable needle.
That’s the end of my yarn supply. Local friends have been able to find a store that sells yarn. This week I plan to make a visit. I wonder what I’ll find?
In my search to find yarn in Romania, I came across a small family business that is preserving traditional Romanian Yarn.
Moeke Yarns produce yarn from Romanian sheep with traditional methods and no harmful chemicals, and it’s spun in a traditional fiber mill.
The yarn looks gorgeous and rustic.
If you love bare wool, you’ll enjoy taking a look.
